1. Cultural Competency: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop participants will confront personal issues relating to race and ethnicity through the use of the films, exercises and through facilitated open discussions that promote trust, acceptance and increased awareness and sensitivity. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include the origins of racism, the various manifestations of racism, and how racism hides in all of us.

2. The Value of Effective Cross Cultural Communication: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop participants will examine the communication patterns of different cultures in order to assess and learn effective communication styles in both listening and speaking situations. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include message sequencing, conventions of courtesy, objectivity, response patterns and non-verbal messages.

3. Cultural Diversity and Effective Management: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop participants will examine their own stereotypes and biases, cultural myths and realities and other variables that impede effective management and communication. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include communication patterns, response to authority, gender roles, spirituality, assertiveness and the differing perceptions to time.

4. Customer Service Training for a Diverse Economy: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop participants will learn the skills and techniques for effective customer services to an increasingly diverse market. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include cultural evolution, diversity and patterns of behavior as well as specific techniques to bridge intercultural communication for successful salesmanship.

Sexual Harassment Training: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop participants will identify and define the actions that constitute sexual harassment, the differences in gender responses when coping with sexual harassment, the role of management in a sexual harassment complaint and the role of the company when sexual harassment accusations are filed. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include legal, personal and business ramifications, as well as courses of action that consider the best interest of all parties.

6. Leadership Development: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop participants will learn the skills and techniques that define a leader, how to develop these skills and techniques and how to incorporate these skills and techniques into one's everyday life. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include first impressions, public speaking, body language, word choices and controlled assertiveness.

7. Development of Time Management Skills: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop the participants will learn how to better utilize the time available, techniques for prioritization and methods for scheduling blocks of time in a non stressful and frugal way. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include the use of day-planners, the value of lists, how to recognize the signs of mental fatigue and how to relieve stress.

8. Team Building: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop participants will learn how to orchestrate and develop effective teams that encourage individual value and a supportive work environment in order to increase productivity and employee morale for better retention of customers and staff. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include the role and utilization of power among management, the value of veteran employees, newcomers ,fresh graduates and effective communication techniques among the ranks of employees.
