Address

Mr. Clendenin has been featured speaker at many conferences on both the national and international level. His topics include, but are not limited to issues on diversity, motivation, youth intervention, mentoring, recruitment and retention strategies in both the business world and academic environment. He has spoken in Higher Education, the National Conference on Black Student Retention and the university of South Australia's Second Annual Conference on Inequality in Race and Economics.

Mentoring
Services

In today's changing world both private business and institutions of higher learning are looking at establishing mentor/mentee relationships in the surrounding community. Mr. Clendenin can set up a program that defines the mentor/mentee relationship. Attendees develop new level of awareness, as well as heightened sensitivity related to providing supportive strategies for enhancing success.

Youth
Intervention

This session will discuss strategies that are effective in providing young people healthy alternatives for dealing with conflict. Nonviolent communication techniques will be imparted. Further emphasis will be on identifying individuals who may be prone to violence; proven intervention strategies that can be utilized; and the role of the teacher/administrator. Additionally, successful models that are utilized on the national levels as well as other resources will be discussed.
