1. Cultural Competency: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop students and/or teachers will confront personal issues relating to race and ethnicity through the use of film, exercises and through facilitated open discussions that promote trust, acceptance and increased awareness and sensitivity. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include the origins of racism, the various manifestations of racism and how racism hides in all of us.

2. Diversity in the Classroom: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop students and/or teachers will become aware of cultural variables and issues that impact the educational experience, as well as identify different learning and teaching styles that might otherwise be overlooked. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include methods to diversify curricula, ways to develop and implement communal learning environments and resources to provide students and teachers with options.

3. Sexual Harassment Training: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop students and/or teachers will identify and define the actions that constitute sexual harassment, the gender differences in coping with sexual harassment, each person's role when addressing sexual harassment and the role of the school district when sexual harassment accusations are filed. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include legal, personal and district ramifications, as well as remedies that will consider the best interest of all parties.

4. Leadership Development: (4-7 Hours) In this workshop students and/or teachers will learn the skills and techniques that define a leader, how to develop these skills and techniques and how to incorporate these skills and techniques into one's everyday life. Specific topics addressed in this workshop will include first impressions, public speaking, body language, word choices and controlled assertiveness.

The Buffalo Soldiers: (1.5 Hours)

In this program students and/or teachers will learn about the historical contributions of African Americans in the West from 1866 to 1890 from a facilitator who will present in the complete military uniform of the late 1800's. In this program, a special emphasis will be placed on the black military experience, or what is commonly referred to as the Buffalo Soldier.
